Booking Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions of booking are as follows:

All Special Break Rates are only applicable if booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Double/twin rooms used for single occupancy will be charged at the full rate for two people, less £15.00.
All Special Break Rates are based on two people sharing a twin/double room.
All prices include a full Scottish breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.
Families welcome. When sharing a room with two adults, children under the age of 5 are free of charge; children aged under 13 are half price and children aged over 13 are charged full price.
Dogs are permitted in certain standard rooms only, at a rate of £5.00 per dog per night.
Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival, and in the event of a no show, the amount of the first night’s accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. Should the accommodation be re-sold, the above will become void and a full refund will be issued.
