Chef de Partie

We require a Chef de Partie to whose responsibility will be to work in sections of different restaurants within our Hotels in Portree on the Isle of Skye, within our busy Bistro and Fine Dining outlets.

You must be hard working, capable and able to work well as part of a busy team.
