Shortlisted for SLTN's Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year

After the judges have completed their visits to the shortlised candidates, the three finalists will be selected and invited along to the SLTN Awards Gala Presentation Evening which takes place in the Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 25th October 2007, when the winner of the award will be exclusively revealed.
