'Hotel of the Year 2007'

At an award ceremony celebrating the use of fresh local produce, the Bosville Hotel were presented for the second year running with the award for 'Best Hotel'.  Chef John Kelly uses only the freshest of local produce from the Skye and Lochalsh area to create his stunning menus in the Chandlery Restaurant and as a result is gaining an outstanding reputation for excellent food.
